- This season featured the first
ever non-elimination leg implemented in the race. (Leg 2 was a
non-elimination leg whereby Wan Jun & Eng Khim who checked in in
last place were not eliminated)
- According to a survey, The Amazing Race Teen Edition (TARTE) season II is said to be the
best race ever organized yet.
- This is the only season without a co-et team.
- In Leg
1, there was a third member of Team Adrienne & Marissa. Wei Lian
was supposedly a member of the group but soon dropped out the
competition due to personal reasons. This was the first team ever in
TARTE which consisted of 3 participants.
- This season had the
most number of
teams that have been first place. Four of the 5 teams that competed in
this
season placed first at least once. (Teams Wan Jun & Eng Khim,
Matthew & Alan, Adrienne & Marissa and Michelle & Ivy were
first in Leg 1, 2, 3 and 4 respectively.)
- Clues were reportedly missing at Giant
Hypermarket in Leg 1 and the Starbucks café in Leg 2. However, not many teams
were severely affected.
- Matthew & Alan was the first
team to be eliminated after finishing in first place in the leg before. (Aqila &
Farhana of Season IV soon followed their footsteps.)

This season also featured the most all-girl team to make it into the
finals. Michelle & Ivy were the winners of this season whereas
Adrienne & Marissa were runner-ups.
- In a footrace to the finish line in
the final leg, Adrienne & Marissa had the lead but were passed by Michelle
& Ivy. This marked the closest finish in TARTE history.
- Michelle & Ivy was the first all-girl team to win The Amazing Race Teen Edition (TARTE).
- Michelle & Ivy was the second team
in TARTE history to win a race without a prior first place finish. (Marissa
& Zheng Yi from Season 1 was the first team to do so)
